• Support to Sales & CRM, Malls Property Management, Finance, material, Engineering Module.
• Support to Far vision-ERP users: for resolving day-to-day functional / technical issues in ERP (Head Office and Site Users)
• Training to newly joined staff: for operating ERP System which include Material Management, Production and Sales, Engineering – Contract Management.
• Online Installation: and telephonic support to remote location users / IT Support Engineers.
• Managing ERP Administration module: User creation/ mapping / allocating rights in coordination with HODs.
• Follow-up co-ordination: with site users and head-office approvers to clear the pendency of inter-linked document chains and dead-locks.
R& D on test-data so as to ensure the accuracy while working with live-databases.
Service Packs Downloads from Vendor’s CRM Portal and updating Servers.
• Customization: requirements gathering and coordinating with Manager-ERP / ERP Software Vendor for getting best feasible solution done.
• ERP patch updating.
• Data backup and restore on SQL Server.
Working conditions
• Daily reporting: Reporting to the management regarding of ENG module DPR reports and Reporting of material module at weekly basis likewise Stock summery, issue reports & GRN register.
• Working Condition : Monday to Saturday, Weekends Off
