Specific Requirement for the role – Candidate must have Automobile background and must have experience of Quality tools, QMS, EMS and OHSAS System. Knowledge of IATF Roles & Responsibilities - • Verification of the quality of raw materials that are used in production • Contract review and approving • Daily review of Line inspection reports and discuss about NCs on daily basis • CAPA on NC raised during line inspection • TS updating and SO clearing within an hour • Internal auditing of QMS, EMS & OHSAS • Sample preparation • Preparation of QAP for Hose, Braid and composite Hose • Calibration of measuring equipment’s • Customer complaints Analysis, RCA & CAPA. Feedback to customer • Rework and Rejection verification. Process PPM display • RCA by Fish Boann Diagram • Capability study and process trend study • NABL accreditation activities • Verification of test certificates as per customer requirement • Type testing as per ISO 10380:2012 • Manpower management • Administrative work related to Hose braid department • TPI of Hose Braid if applicable • SAP working • Knowledge of 7 Quality Tools • Knowledge of ISO systems related to QA.
